Intelligence X has been subject to serious threats and attacks in the last few weeks. This includes threats of terrorism. 💣🚔
We take these threats very seriously. We report any threat to the relevant authorities.
One of the several complaints against one of several individuals was filed in Israel by counsel. Here are the first 2 pages (of 33) of the complaint.
We have also informed US 🇺🇸 authorities about this individual as some of the victims include US entities.
Civil & criminal actions will likely take months and years to unwind. There is a lot to unpack, but we will get to that in the future.
We will report back with (substantial) delay for obvious reasons.
Another criminal complaint was filed in 🇨🇿 pursuant to these Criminal Codes:
• unauthorised access to a computer system and information carrier pursuant to Section 230(2)(b) in conjunction with Section 230(3)(b);
• extortion under Section 175(2);
[1/2]

• defamation under Section 184(2);
• dangerous threats under Section 353(2);
• dangerous persecution under Section 354(2);
• unauthorised handling of personal data pursuant to Section 180(3)
🚔 We filed another 15-page criminal complaint in 🇨🇿 pursuant to these Criminal Codes:
• dangerous threats under Section 353(2);
• dangerous persecution under Section 354(2);
• unauthorised handling of personal data pursuant to Section 180(3);

Some of the attackers had intelx.io accounts. As per our Terms of Service, we share information about the attackers with law enforcement and the public (we are currently preparing release).
In January we we established a channel w/ @FBI:
1/2
@FBI We use this channel in cases like this user, who violated our ToS and conspired in attacks against us which included death threats.
Below we are partially declassifying an email we sent to the @FBI in April 2022. 👮🏻♂️

This actor "katy" used below #Bitcoin wallet in an attempt to obtain an Intelligence X license. Needless to say, we obviously rejected and instead informed law enforcement.
blockchain.com/btc/address/1D…
"It has received a total of 141.39402517 BTC $2,889,398.22" 💰
Today we filed a 13-page pre-litigation notice against @Cloudflare due to a case involving the planning of murder of our CEO. 💣
When we started Intelligence X in 2018 we never thought this is part of operating a search engine.
How will this turn out? We will find out! 👨🏻⚖️⚖
Part of our slow but steady legal tsunami 🌊 is pre-litigation in Tonga:
Our civil discovery is helping building up the criminal cases. Any information we obtain we share with law enforcement in the US 🇺🇸, Canada 🇨🇦, Israel 🇮🇱, UK 🇬🇧, Czech Republic 🇨🇿, and Austria 🇦🇹.
The wheels of justice turn slow, but they turn. News will follow in few months.
Last month we announced the release of some of the co-conspirators data. Here is part of it:
Thread about our lawsuit against #Cloudflare related to this matter:
Other legal actions are still in the works. We have identified a Canadian individual as one of the main perpetrators; criminal & civil actions will follow.
Our lawsuit Intelligence X vs. defendant @Cloudflare Inc, at Prague municipal court is still ongoing. ⚖️
We uncovered additional evidence against #Cloudflare that expands our lawsuit and we will happily create a precedent in the EU on this matter. Even if it takes years.
@Cloudflare It is our surprise some criminals still think it's a good idea to violate our TOS.
In extreme cases like below criminal who is conspiring in above mentioned attacks, we fingerprint them and forward any relevant information straight to the @FBI, often within hours. 🚔👮🏻♂️
@Cloudflare @FBI One of the participants of the attacks is the user "dutchavelli". We previously suspected that he is Swiss, and found more evidence (IP, surf history). We will prepare a criminal complaint in 🇨🇭.
He got infected and his information was leaked:
intelx.io/?did=7c058c79-… 🔒
@Cloudflare @FBI Threat actor "pompompurin" thought it is funny to brag today that he registered an account. So we immediately forwarded all his details to the @FBI. 🚔
Most of his VPN IPs are from the US, so they are actionable. He still uses the emails pom@pompur.in and pompompurin@riseup.net.
@Cloudflare @FBI And this is "pompompurin"'s BNB address he used for the purchase:
explorer.bnbchain.org/address/bnb1ed…
@binance should be able to help the @FBI in tracing this.
