Article 6(3) of the Pakistan Political Parties Order (PPO) defines #ForeignFunding & such funding is to be confiscated under the next clause of the foregoing Article. Whereas Article 2(c) of PPO defines foreign aided party.

The Federal Government may declare a party to be #ForeignAided under Article 15 of PPO "irrespective of ECP decision" & shall send a reference thereafter to the #SupremeCourt for dissolution of such party.
