My daily update, this time for August 14th and August 15th. #ukrdailyupdate

The general state around Kharkiv has remained unchanged for many weeks, but the past day or two has been full of exciting fake news published by Russia. They claim to have captured Udy (1), but, oddly enough, the Ukrainian soldiers in Udy claim otherwise.
I see absolutely no evidence that Russia has captured Udy. Russia sent reconnaissance towards Pytomnyk as well (2).
Beyond these two minor offensive actions, Russia is continuously shelling the entire Kharkiv area, mainly targeting private homes.
In the Izyum area, Russia attacked Mazanivka (3) and repeatedly attacked Dolyna (4). All of the attacks failed. North of Izyum, people claim to see fewer and fewer Russian soldiers.
In the Siversk area, Russia sent reconnaissance towards Serebrianka (5), but they focused their attention further south. They repeatedly attacked Ivano-Darivka (6) and the outskirts of Spirne (7). All of these attacks failed.
The Russian attack on Yakovlivka has also had limited success (11). As a result, Russia is attempting to wrap around the east of Yakovlivka to push north towards Vesele (10). This attack made little progress.
Russians also sent a reconnaissance team around the flank of Vesele (9), but they were identified and destroyed. Russian recon (Spetsnaz?) is trying to find a way around the eastern side of Soledar (12).
Meanwhile, within Soledar, Russian forces are slowly trying to push north out of the captured Knauf Gips factory towards the Belokamensk factory and the Gypsum mine (13). It might be more clear on OpenStreetMap.
I re-evaluated the Russian position in Bakhmut and moved the front line backward around 1.2km. Russia is attacking Bakhmut (14), and they made some progress this weekend. But that progress is accounted for in this lost control.
South of Bakhmut, Russia is attacking Zaitseve (15) and Kodema (17). Both are fortified towns, and the fighting is heavy, especially in Kodema. Russian forces claimed to have captured Vershyna (16). They have said this so often that I do not trust them.
In the Donetsk area, Russia focused on trying to exploit their success in Pisky, even though they did not capture the town yet. (they may have captured it tonight)
North of Avdiivka, Russia is trying to capture Krasnohorivka (18). The attack has had no notable success, but it is the northern pincer to encircle Avdiivka.
My sources told me Russian forces moved towards the airfield east of Pisky (19). If they capture this area, they could attack Vodyane to the north. The runway and Vodyane are both heavily fortified.
Russians are still trying to capture the northwestern part of Pisky (20), and now they are pushing towards Pervomaiske (21). Pervomaiske is another heavily fortified town. It is possible Russia captured Pisky tonight.
A bit south of Pisky, Russia is trying to break through the Ukrainian line north of Lozove (22) and west of Staromykhailivka (23). Neither attack has measurable success.
South of Donetsk, Russia is trying to push west out of Solodke again. They attempt to do this every few weeks, and each time they get destroyed by Ukrainian artillery.
This time they attacked Novomykhailivka (24), Vodyane (25), and Volodymyrivka (26). All three attacks got hammered by Ukrainian artillery.
Russians attacked Pavlivka, which is now a daily occurrence without measurable success (27).
Ukrainian forces identified and destroyed Russian reconnaissance near Prechystivka (28).
Russians continued their attack in the general Velyka Novosilka area with assaults on Vremivka (29). When these assaults failed, they sent recon to find a way around the Ukrainian defenses (30). Unfortunately for them, they were spotted and neutralized.
Ukrainian forces destroyed Russian equipment in Tokmak (A), and partisans (more likely special forces) destroyed a rail bridge near Melitopol (B).
I do not have anything to say about Kherson, but here are some images showing the current state of the map.
Oh, and I almost forgot, Ukraine shot HIMARS into the headquarters of the infamous mercenaries called the Wagner Group in Popasna. Their openly (and proudly) Nazi leader survived the strike.
