I always knew that NGOs, the UN, and the world bank's discourse on climate change resilience, and disaster risk management is empty and toothless. But today it especially feels like I have worked for a complete farce and lie. I feel like a failure.
I am part of a deception that spends absurd amounts of money on publishing random reports on climate change vulnerability. Set stages for random workshops, seminars, flying-in and out "experts", and create panels to dispense wisdom on bolstering up 'resilience to climate change

You will never find these agencies publishing anything on loss and damage cuz that entails the global north of deceptions to pay us money. You will not see experts talking about it either cuz of course it's not on the agenda of their fake projects.
Wait for 10 more reports coming out, talking about the devastating floods of 2022. How 1000s of people died. Uff such a tragedy! Nicely published and publicized materials, laced with infographics highlighting the 'dire' need for more funding..which can resurrect the dead maybe?
