Arrested from a Coon Rapids pursuit/PIT we posted yesterday afternoon.
IN CUSTODY on 45 warrants + PC charges in at least 15 jurisdictions including other state fugitive warrants.

-Two people ran out of a store with bags full of merch.
-Driver fled the wrong way on Hwy 10.
-After PIT, the driver forcefully removed the occupant of another nearby vehicle and attempted to flee again.
-He was taken into custody.

Shaviece Kaprice Watkins, 11/13/1999, of north Minneapolis.
She's in custody on probable cause shoplifting and a warrant for disorderly conduct/brawling.

Javaughn Tieh finally had his probation on 3 prior stayed sentences revoked following the latest escapade and was sent to prison.
But he was ordered to serve three separate sentences concurrently by Judge Karin L. McCarthy.

So, instead of protecting the public and locking him up for the 53 months he was sentenced to (17, 19, 17 months), he'll be out terrorizing new victims this coming January.
