No information of Muslims owning property in the area could be found. However a 20 page letter was sent to 12 registration offices in Trichy claiming lands in several districts!
Thiruchendurai has a 1500 years old Sundareswarar Temple; Several customs related to Srirangam Temple wr held in the village making villagers question how WAQF could claim their land. Inscription says Kundavai Chola princess donated land for this temple. She's built Jain temples
