Last year, Supreme Court passed an order saying-
THERE IS NO BLANKET BAN. #firecrackers.

Even after that,
Delhi govt has put blanket ban on #firecracker while Punjab Govt has allowed only 2 hours on #Deepawali.

If you face any issues,
I’ll defend you legally: free of cost.

The part of the order of Supreme Court where it has been made clear:
THERE IS NO BLANKET BAN

So any ban above this is illegal.

@iPratyush_ & I will defend you if there is any legal/police action, free of cost.

No one can stop you to celebrate #Deepavali & #ChhathPuja2022

Those who couldn’t stop #stubbleburning are attacking our festivals in the name of pollution.

We’ll fight against them.

If they can’t stop #Parali,
they have no right to #BanFirecracker

Due to this unnecessary activism, lakhs of people will go jobless.

Over 1.5 Lakh in Tamil Nadu alone.

+

Let me remind you,
#firecrackers are not even in top 10 reasons for pollution.

Here is an IIT Delhi report of this year where they’ve researched on 2019 air quality which clearly says poor air quality in Delhi is not due to #firecracker

So this attack is on Hindu.

Delhi Govt of @ArvindKejriwal has actually spend over ₹7 Lakhs to curb #stubbleburning but have spent around ₹7.5 Crores on advertisements.

To fight against this unjust and celebrate #Deepavali2022, write to me and @iPratyush_.

We’ll surely help.

Those who say that #firecracker has nothing to do with #Deepavali
Two things-
1. Who asked you to speak on #Deepawali without reading our scriptures?
2. #Firecracker is mentioned in our itihas. Do go through this show of @SushantBSinha at @TNNavbharat
