The Midoriyas were dirt poor. But they were also full of love.

So when Inko found out that she was pregnant with a baby girl, her and Hisashi spent what little they had to buy the loveliest dresses for their angel.

Who turned out to be a boy.

Hisashi was quick to reassure that it wouldn't be a problem since his upcoming promotion would give them plenty of funds to buy an entire new wardrobe.

So the clothes were stored away in a box for months, while the couple focused all their energy on ensuring the baby's health.

But fate was not so kind and while Inko successfully delivered their precious baby, Hisashi was struck by a drunk driver, killing him in an instant.

Expectedly, the bills piled high and their savings account was slowly drained.

/My poor Izuku doesn't even have proper clothes./

The clothes that collected dust were unboxed and soon young Izuku grew into the frilly skirts and beautiful bows his parents invested in. They came in varied sizes and styles since the couple initially figured that buying them in bulk would save them tons of money in the future.

Sure, Inko could have spared a few dollars once she got back to her old job as a florist, but the thought of not seeing the clothes that her husband excitedly picked out for their firstborn felt like she was erasing the last traces of him.

And she just couldn't fathom that.

Who cares if people looked at her weirdly? She enjoyed the sight of her precious boy happily twirling in his skirt and styling his lovely curls with ribbons.

"Could you put this on my head, Mama?" the now four year old asked while presenting a flower crown of roses and daisies.

Inko happily obliges.

For a while, the prying eyes and the judgemental stares didn't bother her.

Until his little Izuku came home with his dress torn and his hair smeared with all types of substances.

"They called me a weirdo, Mama. They said I shouldn't dress like a girl!"

The older Midoriya was devastated, crying in frustration as she cleans the cuts and wounds on her baby's hands and knees.

Every wince and whimper from the younger greenette made her increasingly frustrated and angry. At herself. At Izuku's attackers. At society. But most of all-

"What did your teachers say, Izuku? Did they stop those kids who hurt you?" Inko had coaxed the boy until his cries were sniffles, eyes darkening when she heard his response.

"They-- they just watched, Mama.." was what the trembling child said.

Everything after that was a blur.

Words were said, people were fired and lawsuits were made.

Inko cried the moment they won that case, collapsing into the floor while he cradled Izuku in her arms, whispering and thanking Hisashi for guiding them wherever he is.

After that, Inko had her reservations and pulled

her son aside to talk.

"I don't want it," the now five year old said with teary eyes. Izuku looked as if he'd throw a tantrum if the plain shirt came anywhere near him.

"It's for your own good, Izuku. Please."

Upon seeing his mother's pleading face, the younger had conceded.

But not without compromise!

The mother and son decided that their house was a safe zone. So the young male only had to endure wearing those ugly bland graphic shirts outside their home.

In here, he's free to don the lovely clothes that have felt right on his body since young.

It had become so natural that seven year old Izuku didn't think twice to open the door when someone incessantly rang their doorbell.

It was grating on his nerves, really. He wasn't in a good mood, having just lost his limited edition golden age All Might keychain.

"What is it?"

In front of her was an unfamiliar boy around the same age, his right hand carding through his blonde hair while the other held up a tupperware.

"Old h-- my mom wanted you to have this," the taller boy said with a scowl. "We're new here and she said to make friends or whatever."

This made Izuku nervous but delighted nonetheless. It's been a while since he made a friend, he only had the stray cat he feeds after school and the kind grandma that waves at him when he visits the nearby shrine.

That's why he happily extended his hands, but then he sees it.

The recognizable glint of an over exaggerated smile and the primary colours that screamed "I'm here!". It's unmistakable, even the chip on the right eyebrow was there. That was Izuku's missing keychain.

The blonde boy yelps when the smaller male pounces on him, taking him down.

"You have my All Might!" Izuku shouts in frustration when the blonde extends the piece of metal further from him.

"What? This isn't yours! This is a boy toy!" the taller blonde argues, pushing the freckled cheek away with the palm of his hand.

"I /am/ a boy, stupid!"

He stops.

Caught off guard, Katsuki's hold on the keychain slackened and Izuku was able to swipe it from his hands.

The smaller male stands, brushing dust away from the pleats of his skirt before running to the door.

He could hear the thief shout.

"Liar! Boys can't be that pretty!"

✂️✂️✂️

Later, Izuku watches in amusement as a pretty woman with the same set of blonde hair and sharp red eyes profusely bowed and apologized to his mama Inko.

Izuku lets out a nervous giggle when Katsuki gets smacked at the back of the head.

"What do you say, brat?" Mitsuki

gives her son a warning glare.

"Sorry for taking your All Might keychain," the boy begrudgingly says.

"And?" his mom prompts.

"For saying you're not a boy because you're pretty," Katsuki ends with a click of the tongue.

Both parents' eyes widened, they weren't expecting that.

Mitsuki was pushing him to apologize for the spilt curry on their front porch but she'd take what she could get. Especially if she could use it to tease her insufferable spawn.

The woman was awed by the sweet looking boy who nervously bowed too.

"Sorry for calling you stupid."

Izuku looks to the side before continuing.

"And for tackling you to the ground because you had my limited edition golden age All Might keychain," he said in one breath. It was endearing.

"Tch, I guess we're even now, /Deku/."

Izuku frowns at the nickname

"Okay, /Kacchan/."

✂️✂️✂️

And that's how Katsuki and Izuku met.

Now this brings us to the current predicament. A truly tragic tale that involves a gatekeeping blonde and frustrated classmates.

✂️✂️✂️

"Hell no!" the blonde shrugs the hand off his shoulder to make his refusal clearer.

"Why not?! Come on, man. Izuku is the best when it comes to math. We really need his help!" The canary blonde whines, scratching his head profusely.

"Yeah! We're gonna fail. That's not manly!"

Kirishima feigns a look of utter disappointment, eyes switching between the floor and Katsuki to see if he relents.

Sero also partakes in the fraudulent display, quickly dropping his smile and staring blankly into the distance as if worried for his failed future.

Idiots.

Katsuki isn't stupid. He knows that this wasn't entirely about failed grades (although it is also the truth that the trio can't compute for shit).

No. This was the aftermath of Izuku's little slip up after he was tasked to procure the heroine's dress for their class play.

All eyes were immediately on the greenette when he refused the budget for the costume Ochako was giving him.

"No worries, I have a lot at home. You could just borrow them," he says so casually, unaware of the unblinking stares.

"Uh, you sure your sister or your mom won't mind?"

Izuku's brows furrow for a second before smiling like the sun incarnate.

"Those are mine, silly!" his cheeks heat up a little upon clarifying. He was thankful that he'd grown out of that whole embarrassment phase.

Now at the blooming age of sixteen, he has come to learn how

and who to open up to. Knowing his classmates, he knows that this part of him is safe and to be respected.

"Oh, I see," the brunette slowly puts down the hand holding the bills as she processes the information, then she smiles a blinding smile. "More funds for the props then!"

Okay so it wasn't exactly a slip up because Izuku willingly exposed an intimate part of himself that only Katsuki was privy to. Psh. Whatever.

But that doesn't change the fact that he wanted to poke several sets of eyes that immediately sparked with interest upon hearing it.

The idiots were getting on his last nerve so he did what he had to do. Even at the cost of his own sanity.

"Deku!"

The greenette immediately looks across the room, eyes squinting in suspicion since his childhood friend never called out to him in class. Never for anything good.

"What was your score in the last math test?"

Izuku sighs, exasperated. Of course his rival wanted to rub it in.

"98."

Katsuki smirks at the three stooges in front of him.

"I got a perfect hundred, so you fuckers better prepare your sorry asses."

That wasn't the end of it.

The devil works hard but apparently horndogs work harder.

By some miraculous twist of fate, Dunce Face, Shitty Hair, Soy Sauce Face, and even Half n half and Living Dead (he's not even in this class wtf???) became props men #1- #5.

Katsuki was #6 but that's not the point.

He was originally offered the role of the handsome villain but he couldn't possibly leave Izuku to that group of thirsty fuckers.

He felt slightly sorry for Tsuyu who started breaking down after Shoto refused to be the prince because "he found his calling" and Mineta took over.

And now here they all are. With his three idiotic friends who are vibrating in their shoes and two usually stoic rich kids who had a certain glint in their dead fish eyes.

Hopefully, his stupid childhood friend took the time to read his message to not wear a skirt nor a dress.

When asked why? He just said because those were out of season. Izuku always heads his fashion advice (perks of being a fashion empire heir), so it probably all worked out.

Then the door opened.

And well, Izuku did follow his advice. He isn't wearing any of his frilly clothes.

Instead, he chose the short shorts that could pass as second skin and a fitted tank top that showcased his tantalising freckled complexion.

It took Izuku three calls to snap everyone out of their ogling, stepping aside so everyone could enter the door.

Katsuki swore to god

he'd gouge those dumbasses' eyes out. He caught those stolen glances at Izuku's thighs. Even Shinsou raised a brow at the alluring curve of the greenette's ass.

"My mom is out for work so it's just us today!" Izuku says cheerily before grabbing Katsuki as he passed the threshold

The smaller male could barely look at him, unaware that the mere contact of their skin is frying Katsuki's remaining functioning braincells.

"I saw your message. Is this okay, Kacchan?" Izuku innocently looks up at him, waiting for Katsuki to actually look to get his approval.

The blonde follows Izuku's natural dips, choking a little on his saliva at the sliver of lace before he covers it up with a scoff.

"You couldn't wear something shorter?" he remarks, rolling his eyes. Anything to not look at Izuku right now because his Bakugo junior is waking up.

To his horror, Izuku merely smiles and nods.

"Noted, Kacchan!"

Those idiots definitely /cannot/ be here next time.

✂️✂️✂️

Maybe it was the summer heat or the continuous boiling of his blood but Katsuki couldn't remember what led them to this.

One minute, they were all

actually being productive and goofing around while trying to find the perfect dress. Izuku was even laughing, dimples out and all! He was just so happy with the praises he got from his classmates and he really appreciated how gently they handled the articles of clothing.

So how?

Katsuki scans the room, the identical looks of shame and arousal plastered on everyone's faces.

He hears Kirishima fake cough after Izuku bends over and shows how durable the skintight dress was. It was almost comical how Shoto's eyes bulged out of their sockets. Denki already

passed out two minutes ago. Sero was staring at a stain on the floor and Shinsou was trying his best to cover the obvious tent on his pants with his shirt.

Thank god years of exposure made Katsuki a little bit more immune because he'd definitely die.

"That one's so cute, baby!"

Inko shrieks and claps, tearing up a little that her baby had very supportive friends now.

Izuku always did these little fashion shows for her and now she was more than happy to see a wider audience.

"What do you think, Katsuki-kun?"

The blonde smirks.

"Beautiful as always."

END.

That's it for Izuku's very supportive group of /friends/. As usual, I don't know how we got here but it really was just a little drabble in my head about cross dressing Izuku and then my brain flipped a switch and I wanted everyone to be horny for him (respectfully).

Ciao!

Additional Notes:

⭕ Inko got home earlier than expected.

⭕ Yes it was because Katsuki called her when everyone started to be flirty with the dumb nerd.

⭕ No, he wasn't jealous 🙄. He was being a good childhood friend!

⭕ Izuku repurposed his older dresses so they're tight

Back to the top for this mess! Everyone have a good one 🤧
