🗺️🧠 Where across the visual system is likely the lesion?
#Ophthalmology

⭕️ Which artery has to be implicated, if this presentation is due to an ischemic #stroke and the rest of the neuro exam is normal?

➡️Answers:
- L lateral geniculate body (LGB): a highly organized, layered retinotopic structure
- L. Lat. post. choroidal a. infarct (PCA branch)

PAC-man visual field defects=wedge shaped
aka "homonymous sectoranopsias"
