#UPDATE After defeating Spain in penalty kicks on Tuesday, Morocco is now set to face off against Portugal or Switzerland in what is uncharted territory for this year's last remaining African or Arab team -- their previous #FIFAWorldCup best was a last-16 exit in 1986.

Spain failed to score a single penalty on Tuesday as Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou saved two and Pablo Sarabia hit the post.

That left Achraf Hakimi to settle the tie, driving the predominantly Moroccan crowd wild.
