This includes sensitive content but is important. A lot of women have received internal trauma through childbirth or through invasive fertility treatments. Hearing a certain incident described during the trial had me shaking. I had reconstructive surgery after a traumatic birth.

You know when you have been torn or injured. You haemorrhage. It is a medical emergency. You can’t sit comfortably for months. I still have flashbacks. My baby was safe but l wasn’t. You need physio, antibiotics & counselling. #BirthTraumaUK speak talk to professionals, they help

If you can’t find this l will go back to my dms to find you. When people started sharing their personal stories l put my counsellor hat on to try and disassociate a bit. I cared but didn’t want to process it all deeply to just collect everyone’s story. So sorry for your trauma💔
