Great C-SPAN interview here with journalist @jeffersonmorley, who has been trying to pry those #JFKFiles out of the government for many years now. 🗂🗄

Morley is also VP of the organization currently suing the #Biden administration & National Archives.

At 12 min, 40 seconds: “After the #JFKAssassination, Jackie Kennedy and #RFK sent a personal message to Soviet leaders that they did NOT think #Oswald was a #Communist.

Jackie Kennedy believed her husband was murdered by his domestic enemies. She held that belief all her life.”

“Bobby Kennedy also held this belief until the end of his life.”

(#RFK was assassinated while campaigning for president on June 5, 1968.)

At 21 min., 35 seconds:

“one month after the Assassination of #JFK, former president Truman (who created the CIA), wrote an editorial in the Washington Post calling for the abolishment of the CIA.”

The CIA has been caught lying about the #JFKAssassination so many times, starting with the Warren Report in 1964, that “they have no credibility in this case,” says Jeff Morley.

“That’s why they MUST release all these documents they’re still withholding after almost 60 years.”

At 26 minutes: “Fidel #Castro had nothing to do with President Kennedy’s murder. There is absolutely no evidence to support that claim in the #JFKFiles.”

Cuba is not withholding 14,000 pages of documents regarding the #JFKAssassination — the United States government is.”

At 30 minutes:

“Congress passed a law in 1992 compelling the release of all #JFKAssassination documents. Most agencies of the government complied. But the CIA continues to ignore and disobey this law. President #Trump went along with it, #Biden went along with it too.”

Jeff Morley was involved in litigation with the CIA for 16 years in a FOIA case regarding Oswald’s potential role in the agency’s AMSPELL propaganda operations — attempting to falsely blame #Cuba for the #JFKAssassination.

“The courts backed the CIA in that case,” Morley said.
