🇺🇦 determined to hold onto Donetsk Region at all costs (NATO’s directive?). Thousands of troops were sent to fight at Bakhmut. Lost 1,5 – 2k men since 15 Dec.
🇷🇺/ Wagner currently storming Klescheevka, Opytnoe and Podgorodnee (see map)
Soledar: Wagner began pressing on last days of Dec first from south, then onto north-east. See map for progress.
🇺🇦 10th and 128th brigades suffering very heavy casualties (hence Wagner's rapid advance) and losing grip on territory.
