4 HIMARS rockets hit site of dislocation of Russian troops in an accommodation of a local trade school. At least 70 dead and 136 wounded uncovered from the rubble so far.

Most damage came from detonation of munitions and diesel fuel stockpiles. A case of unspeakable negligence, un-professionalism, and short-sightedness on behalf of command.
