Cambridge #incurable definition even refers to Parkinson's Disease (PD). Several PD cases have been reported after SARS. The chronic neuropsychiatric sequelae of SARS cannot be cured & can result from acute SARS infection without persistent SARS infection.

To be clear about risk of PD from SARS, there can be the presentation of PD symptoms. However, PD doesn't manifest itself unless there's persistent SARS infection, which is not tested and not treated. Parkinson's CAN be avoided but PD is #incurable

Reduced effectiveness of RAT & PCR testing; these tests can still accurately detect SARS, but Omikron & XBB have reduced reliability. XBB sheds less virus in nasal mucus for detection. Keep in mind both tests aren’t super useful for asymptomatic cases.
