I just want to make people aware at just how bad the mental health system in this country is. It is BROKEN. @derbyshcft Your team is shambolic. Crisis team inadequate. Community mental health team useless. Stop VICTIM BLAMING.

I was placed on a Section 2 for assesment (Mental Health Act) (upto 28 days in a mental health hospital) for my own protection. Spent 22/28 days waiting for a bed at @EastCheshireNHS #MacclesfieldHospital. #NHS #BedCrisis MDG Hospital was amazing, did alot to keep me safe.

I then spent 6 days at the Hartington Unit at @royalhospital Chesterfield and placed on a Section 3 for Treatment (upto 6 months in hospital). That lasted 2 days and I got discharged. The lead psychologist & leadership team likes to put money first over patients lives.

I got discharged and the @DerbysPolice immediately detained me on a Section 136. Took me to @UHDBTrust to get me reassessed. The AMHP (Approved Mental Health Professionals) did not care. And discharged me at the Police's utter disbelief. The Police took me home. 40 miles.

The next day I was back in hospital after attempting my life. After some persuasion the paramedics took me to @ED_SteppingHill who saved my life. Not the first time they have done that and sadly probably not the last time. A fantastic team.

Later @gmpolice detained me on another section 136. This time the AMHP team at @StockportNHS. Reassessed me. Same thing as Derby Royal. they did not care and discharged me. Why does nobody care? How did we become such a heartless country. Money over peoples lives.

@derbyshcft your organisation has not only ruined my life but will not take responsibility for your actions. Stop VICTIM BLAMING. No sympathy whatsoever. I cannot imagine the countless amounts of lives you have endangered. All that in a 72 hour-window.

I am SCREAMING at the top of my voice for help and nobody's listening. But I wont give up, I will keep on fighting for myself & all those other people out there with no voices. In the last 72 hours I have been passed from hospital to hospital like a baton in the Olympics.

To everyone that sees this post, thankyou for your heartfelt ❤ support and understanding. I am not the only one. 1 in 4 people suffer with there mental health in this country. MILLIONS of people... and there is very little help out there. #MentalHealthAwareness.
Edit 1: I just wanted to state that not everyone at Hartington Unit was bad. Just the leadership team and lead psychologist.
The Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Cleaners etc were amazing people. They truly do care. They kept me calm and sat with me, drew pictures with me.
Edit 2: This discharge letter just got posted through the door. I forgot that I swallowed a metal spoon in an attempt to unalive myself 😬.
"Reviewed by Psych Consultant, Recommend to extend detention under S2"
They put me on a Section 3 then immediately discharged me. 🤷♀️
Edit 3: High Peak Crisis Team do not want me to record them for some reason, I wonder why? 🤔 @derbyshcft
Edit 4: If someone is going to be discharged, & attempts suicide cos they are afraid of being discharged, it doesnt mean they are not really suicidal & they are attention-seeking. It means services haven’t done enough yet to provide a safe re-entry to community. That’s different.
