Now lets look at the city indirectly funding #EA
City Lights Group who was founded by Margo Weiz donated $102,000 to #EquityActionATX
Margo founded and was the E.D. at @PeopleFund which has received over $4 million in covid relief money for "Education and Training Consulting"
Margo is also the Executive Director at Texas Energy Poverty Research Institute where the #atxcouncil has been paying $15,000 a year for "Memberships" since 2016 starting just after @MayorAdler was elected
Totaling $199,617 between Austin Justice Coalition and Equity Action ATX which @austintexasgov has indirectly donated to activist organizations.
