144.02/ I have both allergies & a head-cold (thanks Pesach!) and the amount of caffeine that I would require to make me halfway functional is enough to poleaxe a yak.

1. "Shoot!" (usually with many internal o's) - yelled when any of our players cross center ice
2. "Oh come on!" - I'm told I say this loudly & often, but I swear it's involuntary. Yelled at any setback. #NYRvsNJD
144.06/ When a batter comes up and the other team has a full conference on the mound - the whole infield, pitching coach, hot-dog vendor designate, the works - it's gotta be such a confidence boost.
