1. Mouthwash

Stay away from mouthwash. They are expensive and useless.

They eradicate beneficial mouth bacteria and destabilize the alkalinity of your mouth.

They abolish an important chemical called nitric oxide which leads to oral bleeding.

Solution:
- Use Hydrogen Peroxide. Add a teaspoon to a glass of water and gargle.

- Use coconut oil. Pour 2 teaspoons into your mouth and swish for 1 minute, then rinse your mouth with saline water

- Gargle with saline water in the morning and at bedtime

2. Toothpaste

Do not use fluoridated toothpaste.

Use non-fluoridated toothpaste.

Flouride is harmful to your oral health and will calcify your pineal gland.

The biggest lie sold to us is that fluoride is good for our teeth. IT IS NOT.

Solution:

- Use non-fluoridated toothpaste which has no parabens as one of its ingredients

- Use activated charcoal or regular charcoal

- Use salt

- Use Sodium Bicarbonate powder

3. Toothbrush

Don't use a rough or a toothbrush with tough bristles.

Your mouth is not a wall that needs sandpaper.

Brushing does not make your teeth white.

Use a soft brush or a soft twig like lantana or Miswak

5. Oral care:

- Avoid sugar, sodas & juices

- Don't smoke. Don't drink alcohol.

- Get plenty of Vitamin C. Sauerkraut is the best source of Vitamin C.
