Here’s a recipe for one of my favorite pro-metabolic ‘comfort foods’:
Ganache pudding https://t.co/IDY0d4CLtu
Unlike traditional ganache, I don’t heat it up, and I eat it alone. Couldn’t think of a better name though.
3 ingredients:
-Cane Sugar
-30% Guar-Free Coconut Cream
-Cocao
(Get organic to avoid toxins)
-Separate the coconut cream from the coconut water by leaving the can overnight in the fridge.
-Remove the cream with a spoon, save the water
Add 2 (or more to taste) tbsp of sugar
Add 3 tsp of cacao and mix a little — it will be hard to mix at this point, and will be very dry.
To make the final consistency we want, begin adding the coconut water to the mix — in this case I used only half (~100mL) of the remaining water in the can.
Slowly add and mix. You will be able to tune the final consistency with the amount of coconut water.
Apologies I meant 3 tbsp of cacao, not tsp. You can add 2 extra tbsp here if you already did 3 tsp in the earlier step. Lol
Once at the final consistency you want, add fruit and serve. I used local frozen cranberries here
Coconut cream and sugar rapidly speed up your metabolism and reduce cortisol. This is extremely pro-metabolic and will help make a good body composition.
