Okay, opened it up, and I have some homework to do! Let's look at all 4 of the expansion cards, one by one.
The first one is easy. Serial card. Tandy branded as one would expect 🤣

The next one is a Bernoulli PC2/50 controller card for the Bernoulli drive. Neat!
Woah! The final card? It's a 286 accelerator card! Now THAT is cool!!
There is a SmartWatch installed, probably completely dead (@wrljet to answer your question, this is where the battery is, contained in here)

Took the Bernoulli card out and now the XTIDE HDD is detected. I bet I have a conflict.
