Kaiser Permanente gave gender-affirming care to a 3 year old.
Kaiser Permanente is a $115 Billion corporation that provides gender-affirming care to Children with no age-limits, and their youngest patient was only 3 years old.
Let's talk about Kaiser Permanante,
A thread🧵
2/
A medical journal published in 2019 claimed there is a 3 years old patient among Kaiser Permanente's gender affirming care patients.
In 2023 CBS reported a 3 years old trans patient was mentioned in Kaiser Permanente employee training:
3/
Kaiser Permanente has a gender-affirming care policy which states in explicit language that they are willing to perform gender change surgeries on person under the age of 18.
What's worse, is that there is no absolute age-limit in the policy.
4/
There is an entire list of sex-change surgeries listed within the policy, and none of them have an explicitly stated age limit
The only limit I could find was in a news story where a Kaiser Permanente spokesperson said they don't give hormones or surgery to 3 and 4 year olds
5/
In 2018 the company claimed it would continue offering the care that it offers even if there were no federal mandates, and the policy which I have been quoting was reviewed and approved in February of 2025.
That means this program is still ongoing.
6/
Additionally, a recent article in spectrum news confirms that Kaiser Permanente will continue to provide gender-affirming care to minors.
So not only is the program for adults ongoing, the program for minors is still ongoing.
7/
According to Kaiser Permanente documents, they provide puberty blockers and surgery referrals to "both children and adolescents.
That's Kaiser Permanente's terminology: *CHILDREN* and *ADOLESCENTS*
They not only admit it, they brag about it.
8/
They also provide resources on the practice of "chest binding" in which young girls where ultra tight compression clothing in order to make their chests look flat like a mans.
9/
Kaiser Permanente also provides resources on "tucking."
This is the practice of tucking the testicals into the inguinal canal while flattening the penis against the taint.
There is an entire manual about this called "safer-tucking"
10/
Kaiser Permanente also has a policy on puberty blockers which states that "part of every appointment is confidential for ages 12 and over."
What this implies is that for part of every appointment for children between 12-18, the parents are kicked out of the room.

Kaiser Permanente is being sued by @chooocole for damages caused by the masectomy and other "gender affirming care" provided by KP.
The firm representing Chloe Cole is the Dhillon Law group, the firm of Assistant Attorney General for Civil rights, @HarmeetKDhillon
@ChoooCole @HarmeetKDhillon 12/
here is a video of Chloe cole (@ChoooCole) telling her story, and you should watch the whole thing.
It's gut wrenching.
@ChoooCole @HarmeetKDhillon 13/
Of course, Kaiser Permanente has a DEI program, complete with all the corporate DEI buzzwords one would expect from a corporation like this.
@ChoooCole @HarmeetKDhillon 14/
There is also an explicit commitment to equity and advocacy. Kaiser Permanente is doing explicit political and social advocacy within its organization in the name of the Critical Social Justice (aka: woke) social movement.
@ChoooCole @HarmeetKDhillon 15/
Kaiser Permanente also had a medical school.
The medical school also is committed to the same DEI principles and advocacy of the parent company.
@ChoooCole @HarmeetKDhillon 16/
The medical school run by Kaisel Permanente has a DEI office, DEI trainings, DEI curriculum, DEI advisory comittee and DEI student groups.
The entire school has DEI integrated into it at every level
17/
According to J.C. Lewis insurance, Kaiser Permanente is the largest managed care company in the United States.
They're using their money and influence to give gender affirming care to 3 year olds, perform surgeries on minors, and do DEI advocacy.
This all needs to end.
Now
18/
At some point the people doing this stuff need to pay a heavy price for what they have done.
That's the only way this is going to stop.
