Kaiser Permanente gave gender-affirming care to a 3 year old.

Kaiser Permanente is a $115 Billion corporation that provides gender-affirming care to Children with no age-limits, and their youngest patient was only 3 years old.

Let's talk about Kaiser Permanante,

A thread🧵 Image

2/
A medical journal published in 2019 claimed there is a 3 years old patient among Kaiser Permanente's gender affirming care patients.

In 2023 CBS reported a 3 years old trans patient was mentioned in Kaiser Permanente employee training: Image
Image
3/
Kaiser Permanente has a gender-affirming care policy which states in explicit language that they are willing to perform gender change surgeries on person under the age of 18.

What's worse, is that there is no absolute age-limit in the policy. Image
Image
4/
There is an entire list of sex-change surgeries listed within the policy, and none of them have an explicitly stated age limit

The only limit I could find was in a news story where a Kaiser Permanente spokesperson said they don't give hormones or surgery to 3 and 4 year olds Image
Image
5/
In 2018 the company claimed it would continue offering the care that it offers even if there were no federal mandates, and the policy which I have been quoting was reviewed and approved in February of 2025.

That means this program is still ongoing. Image
Image
6/
Additionally, a recent article in spectrum news confirms that Kaiser Permanente will continue to provide gender-affirming care to minors.
So not only is the program for adults ongoing, the program for minors is still ongoing. Image
Image
7/
According to Kaiser Permanente documents, they provide puberty blockers and surgery referrals to "both children and adolescents.

That's Kaiser Permanente's terminology: *CHILDREN* and *ADOLESCENTS*

They not only admit it, they brag about it.Image
Image
8/
They also provide resources on the practice of "chest binding" in which young girls where ultra tight compression clothing in order to make their chests look flat like a mans. Image
Image
Image
Image
9/
Kaiser Permanente also provides resources on "tucking."

This is the practice of tucking the testicals into the inguinal canal while flattening the penis against the taint.

There is an entire manual about this called "safer-tucking" Image
Image
10/
Kaiser Permanente also has a policy on puberty blockers which states that "part of every appointment is confidential for ages 12 and over."

What this implies is that for part of every appointment for children between 12-18, the parents are kicked out of the room. Image

Kaiser Permanente is being sued by @chooocole for damages caused by the masectomy and other "gender affirming care" provided by KP.

The firm representing Chloe Cole is the Dhillon Law group, the firm of Assistant Attorney General for Civil rights, @HarmeetKDhillon Image
@ChoooCole @HarmeetKDhillon 12/
here is a video of Chloe cole (@ChoooCole) telling her story, and you should watch the whole thing.

It's gut wrenching.

@ChoooCole @HarmeetKDhillon 13/
Of course, Kaiser Permanente has a DEI program, complete with all the corporate DEI buzzwords one would expect from a corporation like this. Image
Image
@ChoooCole @HarmeetKDhillon 14/
There is also an explicit commitment to equity and advocacy. Kaiser Permanente is doing explicit political and social advocacy within its organization in the name of the Critical Social Justice (aka: woke) social movement. Image
@ChoooCole @HarmeetKDhillon 15/
Kaiser Permanente also had a medical school.

The medical school also is committed to the same DEI principles and advocacy of the parent company. Image
@ChoooCole @HarmeetKDhillon 16/
The medical school run by Kaisel Permanente has a DEI office, DEI trainings, DEI curriculum, DEI advisory comittee and DEI student groups.

The entire school has DEI integrated into it at every level Image
17/
According to J.C. Lewis insurance, Kaiser Permanente is the largest managed care company in the United States.

They're using their money and influence to give gender affirming care to 3 year olds, perform surgeries on minors, and do DEI advocacy.

This all needs to end.

Now Image
Image
18/
At some point the people doing this stuff need to pay a heavy price for what they have done.

That's the only way this is going to stop.

The National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) created a DEI program focused on:

-Power, privilege, and oppression
-Understanding microaggressions
-Centering Native Voices in Atmospheric Sciences
-Knowledge that "does not come from science"

Wokeness at NCAR

The NCAR had two programs. The first was called UNIEON (which stands for "UCAR/NCAR Equity and Inclusion program"), and the second was a program they funded called "rising voices," which was about bringing "indigenous knowledge" into science.

And it's funded by tax dollars. Image

3/
The goal of the DEI program (UNIEON) was to bring DEI into the NCAR, and then get the participants to start implementing the DEI ideology via "Bystander intervention." That is, it invites people to insert themselves into other peoples social interactions in order to spread DEI Image

If you want to understand influencer behavior, read Former WWE executive Eric Bischoffs' book "Controversy Creates Cash" about the inner workings of pro wrestling.

He said controversial things, regardless of morality, generates attention, creates buzz, and sells tickets.
2/
The title of the book comes from a chapter where he discussed bringing in Dennis Rodman for an event because Rodman was controversial and "controversy creates cash." Much of what is happening online, including the Charlie Kirk conspiracies, is driven by exactly this dynamic.
3/
While there is certainly more to it (parasocial relationships with influencers, foreign influencers, etc) one of the major factors that incentivizes outlandish claims and conspiracy theorizing is that the controversy generates attention, creates buzz, and drives engagement.

There's a genre of woke-posting where they state their views as if they were talking to toddlers as a way of making their views look obvious (even kids get it!), grabbing moral authority (I'm the teacher!), and leveraging condescension to imply their opponents are beneath them
2/
These women are not actually trying to explain anything, the explanation is just a front for their condescending tone. The real goal is to "put you in your place" by treating you like a toddler so they can grab the social high-ground in the conversation
3/
The reason they do this is because by adopting the posture of a kindergarten teach it forces you fight through layers of snark, sarcasm, and condescending tone while being put in the social position of a child talking to a teacher.

Making the Friend/Enemy distinction the fundamental axis of politics is to reject the Aristotelian claim at the heart of western civilization that says politics is about human flourishing and pursuing the good, and to replace it with the political ideology of 3rd world tribalism.
If you want The West to turn into Somalia, tell people that the fundamental distinction all political motives and actions revolve around is "who is on my team and who isn't," and the goal is to reward your friends while harming enemies.

Cause that's how Somalia works
There are a whole lot of people running around acting like "friend/enemy" is some kind of deep idea, or profound simplification of politics, when in fact it's little more than the rejection of the grand political tradition of western civilization in favor do 3rd world tribalism.

For anyone wondering, the pictures included are not mine (I won't doxx my sons school) but are just like stuff I have seen at my sons school

Also, I don't think teachers at my sons school are malicious. They're just using the frameworks and methods they were taught in college
2/
They don't do land acknowledgements and such in order to make my son feel unwelcome, they are just applying the things they were taught in college about "reconciliation." For the most part, these teachers mean well and are really trying their best, but because of the skew...

of the teacher toward being both progressive and toward being women, the result is a very feminine coded social justice oriented environment across the education system. The result is that the environment is terrific for little girls, but can be difficult for little boys...

People coming from third world nations to advanced western nations bring their ideas about of how society works with them.

So they don't see electoral politics as a tool for ensuring proper governance, they see it as a way to get goodies for their clan and win tribal conflicts
This isn't because those people are evil, stupid—it's because in third world nations the primary use of politics really is for winners to give goodies to their friends and settle scores with their enemies.

The competent management of infrastructure and services is secondary.
So, rather then ask "how can I govern in a way that is best for the health of the nation as a whole, and whst is the best way to ensure competent management of the advanced systems that make society work?" The third worlder asks "how can I reward my friends and harm my enemies?"
