The summer of 2025 is just around the corner.

If you want to start burning fat and building muscle without:

• Hours of cardio
• Starve yourself
• Feeling completely miserable

Start implementing these 15 health rules today:

1. Don't run.

Don't focus on burning calories with cardio.

Yes, it burns calories. But...

Cardio is not the best for losing fat.

Stop depending on him.

2. Eat eggs every day

This is a “superfood” that facilitates fat loss

3. Minimize alcohol consumption.

Counting calories is time-consuming and boring.

Simply consume fewer calories by eating mostly low-calorie, filling, and tasty foods.

Also, maintain an acceptable daily activity to keep your metabolism high.

14. Walking is the best cardio

Simply taking steps will help more with long-term fat loss than intense cardio.

Because?

Because it's more sustainable. It doesn't cause fatigue. It's easily adaptable to your lifestyle.

15. Eat fiber at every meal

This way, it will be easier to lose weight.

If you prioritize a lot of fiber in each dish, the calories will be very few.

Because vegetables have a lot of fiber, but very few calories.

- You will feel less hungry
- You will burn more calories

Any variety of vegetables in their whole form.
