This is Vitamin D expert Dr. Roger Seheult.

He's spent years researching what sunlight REALLY does to our bodies. In his recent DOAC podcast he said:

The sunlight advice is killing millions of people every year.

Here's the truth they don't want you to know:

As a critical care doctor, Dr. Seheult has watched thousands die in the ICU.

He noticed a pattern: patients who got sunlight recovered faster. Patients who stayed indoors died.

The vitamin D supplements weren't working. Something else was ↓

Taking vitamin D supplements simply isn't enough.

We're taught sunlight equals vitamin D. Therefore, take a supplement and you are good.

The truth is, sunlight has far more benefits than just vitamin D.

The real magic? Infrared light ↓

Infrared light from the sun penetrates up to 8 centimeters deep into your body.

That's not surface level. That's reaching your organs, your blood vessels, your brain tissue.

And it does something incredible to your mitochondria...

Your mitochondria are like car engines.

Here's what infrared light does to your mitochondria:

Dr. Seheult started taking his ICU patients outside.

The Swedish followed 30,000 women for 20 years.

Women who avoided the sun had the SAME mortality risk as smokers.

Avoiding sunlight = same death risk as cigarettes.

Americans spend 93% of their time indoors.

Peak deaths occur exactly 1 month after the shortest day of the year (December/January).

In Australia? Peak deaths in June/July (their winter).

Deaths follow sunlight patterns, not social patterns.

The mitochondrial connection to dementia:

Your brain cells have the highest concentration of mitochondria in your body. When they fail. you get brain fog, memory loss, cognitive decline.
