Do you know why you can't win a vaccine injury case in the US?

This one tweet from @DebbieN97142 opens the Pandora's box that is the Vaccine Injuries Compensation Scheme.

You never stood a chance.

Debbie's tweet was about her case against @HHSGov when her son developed Type 1 Diabetes after a routine vaccine, when he had a negative glucose test prior.

So it was clearly vaccine linked, but her case was denied.

How did that happen?

From her post

Not only was the case denied (despite clear evidence of a new diagnosis immediately after vaccination) but the case was used by the "judge" to essentially ban ANY further cases that alleged a link between new diabetes and a routine vaccine.

Read it again.

But in the vaccine injury scheme the judge is not a judge. In fact, you aren't allowed to make a claim in open court - you have to go through the "United States Court of Federal Claims"

So, not judges or commissioners. In fact the only other place I have heard of "special masters" are in freemasonry, surely a coincidence.

It's not what you expect for a court ruling on complex medical issues.

In fact none of the special masters are medically trained.

And the "Chief Special Master" is the one who ruled on Debbie's case - Brian H Corcoran.

Here is is being revered at the "Vaccine Law Conference", which is the annual conference for "Vaccine Law".

So now we have an association running an annual conference at which "Vaccine Law" is being debated to influence "Special Masters" and presumably to make sure they stay in line.

So who sponsors this organisation?

But it gets worse. This annual conference and the organisation behind it runs out of Virginia, home of the US intelligence agencies.

You literally can't make this stuff up.

And to give you a feeling of the kind of people that are fluffed by this organisation last year's award was given to the guy who made millions of dollars on a rotavirus vaccine that didn't save a single life but was funded by the US government.

In case you missed it here was @DrPaulOffit mocking the bereaved parent of a previously healthy child who literally died within hours of a routine vaccine.

ZDogg deleted his account after this.

But it gets worse.

The board of the Vaccine Law Conference includes Dorit Reiss, a high-ranking member of the Shots Heard pharma harassment group which is funded by the Pharma lobby and targets doctors who want vaccine safety.

It gets worse still.

The founder of the Vaccine Law Association @vaccinelaw is Brian Dean Abramson.

And predictably his network involves all the pharma harassment groups that stalk and intimidate us daily, including the use of convicted felons.

So these people market themselves as some kind of independent health lawyers and are literally running the Vaccine Injury compensation scheme out of Arlington.

And the victims have no idea that they are heavily invested with the pharma corporations that they are up against.

But their sole job is to malevolently influence the public.

Here is Brian in action.

Dorit is worse, as are many of the others on that list who hound anybody that dares says anything about vaccine safety issues. If you're a doctor they will try and get you deregistered.

And Brian and Dorit (of shots heard infamy) cozy together at one of the "National Vaccine Law" Conferences

And not a single "special master" declares their dependence on or conflicts with this organisation.

Which is why, when I saw Debbie's tweet earlier and went digging to find this, it all became clear.

It makes no sense that a plaintiff loses a case (with prejudice, essentially) but is awarded most of their legal costs, unless...

And worse, the VICP cases are sealed. You can't see them on PACER.

When @DrTessaT pointed this LA times report out to me earlier it all became clear how the system works against the public.

They need the public NEVER to know that vaccine injury cases are going ahead, because if they do the floodgates will open.

So you now have
▶️Coercion to agree to keep the cases sealed so other victims don't come forward
▶️Pay offs for legal fees to keep the victims quiet that they feel they should "quit while they are ahead

Literally this:

If you don't play ball, the pharma mafia, presumably aided and abetted by the warp speed intel agencies living next door, will make your life hell.

Your rights are protected, provided that you don't - under any circumstances ever - suggest that the vaccines aren't safe.
