It will be interesting to hear from @JMPawlotsky why the criteria used for both combinations were so different, but this is no good for the credibility of these guidelines
The recommendation of EBR/GZR 8 w for GT1b, despite only preliminary data being reported, and 3D 8w, a combination with more interactions and a more complicated dosing schedule, at the same level than G/P, SOF/LDV or SOF/VEL is also difficult to justify
