Well done Dr MJ Banard for getting this published.
It's a shame something like this wasn't said or written by medical leaders in 2015 or 16 or 17 or in Nottingham Crown Court. #BawaGarba#LearnNotBlame
The jury found the performance as a doctor of Dr #bawagarba "truly exceptionally bad" so she was convicted of manslaughter.
Would you trust a group of lay people to decide whether a doctor was truly exceptionally good?
Or to act as examiners at medical school or for MRCP?
2015 was not a good year for medical leaders
What an incredible thing to spend 3 years arguing at a cost of over £150k to the taxpayer, weeks after the Francis report into Mid Staffs. @Dr_PhilippaW@WhistleUK

And of course Jahad's son Zak who filed the papers at the Royal Courts late December with a little help from his Dad.
Just finished a 10 hour A&E shift but still have time to tell you about our order recieved today from the Court of Appeal allowing us to challenge the settlement agreement that shut down my whistleblowing case about Intensive Care resourcing.
By not to trying to drastically limit the number of Covids (like other countries). Gov seem to accept that a large part of the 8% that will need ICU but not get it due to resourcing is a price worth paying to avoid economic standstill
@Edwin1432 is a terrible person is not an answer to;
1. An NHS leader of a children's hospital providing a false statement to Parliament about the scope & findings of investigations into serious safety issues.
2. ET Judge saying false statement is setting the record straight
If I was a parent of a child in Liverpool.
I would want the Tribunal judge to concentrate on whether or not serious issues had been covered up and falsely represented to Parliament.
Not to just be a referee to a fairly uneven slagging match.
