On this Jagaban issue, every 4 years people come on social media to yell and castigate the man over his political decisions. There are over 18m people in Lagos, over 1000 politicians yet they cannot unseat him. #Tinubu
Is this his fault? Are you expecting him to raise his legs and say "hi guys come and screw me over". I don't want this stuff anymore, I am tired..who does that? #Tinubu
He left the AD, formed the AC then ACN, Afenifere, Obasanjo could not unseat him. He lost two deputy governors, Kofo Bucknor and Femi Pedro to the opposition party, Lost Obanikoro, a man he single handedly made a senator to PDP, he lost Jimi Agbaje a close ally also to the PDP.
Obasanjo and GEJ tried, they didn't succeed. Lagos had Minister for works, Ogunlewe, PDP BOT chairman - Bode George, Defence - Obanikoro, Olusegun Aganga - Trade but while these men go to bed at night, Jagaban stays awake scheming and planning his next move at Bourdillon..
rallying the grassroot and then he comes with either the stick or the carrot. Obanikoro his sworn enemy is back, Pedro is back, Salvador former PDP chairman is back to his camp. He did not put a gun to anybody's head to wine and dine with him. #Tinubu
Why are they all back to his camp? It is simple, it is the easy way out for them. They cannot break him so they will rather join him. But have a choice to form an alliance to "finish" him off but they won't do it. #Tinubu
He has successfully built a battalion of loyalists from 1999 till date. From Fashola to the councilor in the smallest ward in Lagos. Fashola, Osinbajo, Fowler, Lai Mohammed, Ben Akabueze, Ojudu, Ade Ipaye, Rauf, Hamzat, GOS, Gbajabiamila, Faleke, Yayi, Ashafa, Opeifa, Tunji Bello
Leke pitan, Jide Idris, Dele Alake, Mamora and a whole lot of other young brilliant minds. For every one person he empowered, he got thousands more in return. He identifies the best and use them to his advantage. They remain ever loyal to him..
Can Bode George or Ogunlewe roll out a list comparable to Tinubu's list? Why haven't they been able to create a formidable opposition to kick him out? They had the federal might for 16 years to their advantage.
To be honest, is he at fault? What do we expect him to do? Crawl under his duvet at Bourdillon or watch African Magic all day? He is already scheming for 2023. His machinery is set again because he is light years ahead of these docile politician and pretenders..
He is the Lion of Bourdillon and when he roars, his lionesses and cubs will respond. Unless a stronger pride emerges, he will continue to rule this jungle. It is the law of nature, sentiments dont matter.
His logic is simple, do your job, respect your party members, keep them happy, and pay homage to bourdillon. Except you have the strategic and political clout to upturn this system, going against it after benefitting from it is foolhardy. They will revolt and fight..
Ambo had 3,735 votes our of 5700 delegates in 2015, thrice what Hamzat polled, he defeated an incumbent commisioner, speaker and the anointed candidate of Fashola flawlessly. Ambode an unknown candidate without a ward, without a delegate.
Was he backed by spirits? A beneficiary of imposition and bourdillon's anointing oil does not have any moral right to fight it. Performance is secondary in this game. Jagaban's system will continue to churn out performers, loyalty is the word!!
Tinubu has a long list of brilliant minds, so long that he exports them to other states. The next governor that will emerge will make Ambode look like a mediocre. Jagaban has a template, Lagos has a template, follow it and you will succeed at party level and publicly.
Go against it and you will be ambushed by the party or the public. Don't dine with him and then turn back to sucker punch him. He will throw a counter a KO punch. If you don't believe in him fight him from the outside, don't step into Bourdillon.
He has built a formidable structure from the civil service, party structure, affinity groups, monarchy, NURTW, market women and so on..
He keeps them happy and close..
Oyinlola, Osoba and other Afenifere guys couldn't do this in their states. He is the greatest for now.
Ambode was voted in by 727,000 voters but this inert politicians cannot rally 1.5m voters out of 20m lagosians in 4 years to oust him. They hide their lazy butts under the stale tale of godfatherism. Go and work, build your structure and team..get the voters on your side.

The treacherous currents of Yoruba politics is out again as usual. The two possible presidential candidates from the South west have become objects of ridicule in the media / social by Yorubas. The Yorubas are the ones setting the fire. Anyim Pius, Orji Kalu, Dave Umahi...
Have declared for the same position and we haven't seen such attacks coming from their zone or the South South. The northerners will support their candidate without any grudge and they are watching the silliness unfold. The South East will solidly queue behind their party...
Yorubas are the ones running from one TV station to another cooking up propaganda. The VP enjoys greater affection from the Northerners compared to the Yorubas. Even as a Christian, its hard to hear anyone preach against him in the North. Here in the S'west, pastors rubbish him..
Imperial college Union | Alumni keeps sending mails, schedule of events, activities etc. They have established a bond with me in 14 months.
University of Ilorin where I was trained for 7 years and got my MBBS degree does not know if I still exist.
Imperial needs me to contribute to the College, University of Ilorin doesn't care. I can comfortably give University of Ilorin 200k per annum from the little I have. My siblings attended University of Ilorin and they can comfortably donate as well, at least a N1,000,000 from us.
There are lots of Unilorin Alumni at home and abroad and I am sure the school can raise billions of Naira. ASUU is dragging the FG for N1.3trn revitalization fund, ASUU knows that N1.3trn is a dream even if they go on strike for 30 years, they won't get it.
While I was at SS Hospital Akure, a case of rabies with clinical symptoms was rushed to the emergency. Aggression, hyperactivity, excessive yawning. He stood by the door and kept staring at me for over 3 mins without blinking. At that point I was afraid and I wanted to japa.
For most doctors, a case of rabies can never be forgotten. I started questioning the relatives but none of them disclosed that he was bitten by a dog. A nurse who understood the local dialect was the one who confronted them after she overheard them discussing it.
So I called the relatives and told them that the guy was going to die. This is "digbolugi" no going back from here. They started speaking in tongues and they rebuked me. They called a pastor who arrived on an okada with several oils to come and perform miracles.
August 1 1999, Jagaban attempted to break the monopoly of NEPA with an IPP in Lagos, a 290MW private sector funded power project with Yinka Folawiyo power Limited. This singular move would have transformed power generation in Nigeria. Instead the FG, Obasanjo and NEPA fought him
The model was simple, the IPP would generate power, send it to the National grid, NEPA will receive, transmit and distribute the power. Lagos will determine the final consumers and also market the power generated. The target areas were the business districts, industrial areas
Commercial zones, public places and residential homes. Jagaban agreed to contribute 21% of the monthly power purchase agreement bills if all the power generated would be distributed to Lagos. He further instructed the ministry of finance to debit his allocation directly...
Nigerians hate facts, they allow emotions to top logical reasoning. This is the reason why politicians and religious leaders prey on numerous gullible minds. A pastor was said to have healed a man who couldn't walk, the man started doing "leg work" dance on stage.
Zanku, pocodance and Legwork require intense practice even for those with complete limbs. Did the Holy spirit teach him the legwork immediately after the miracle? The Zanku and legwork manual was downloaded alongside the miraculous healing of his limbs..
Abacha died and without an autopsy report to confirm the cause of death, people started spreading rumors about two Indian prostitutes who fed him apples. MKO drank tea as well. Up till today, we don't know the circumstances surrounding their death.
Cote d'Ivoire is not a small West African country, this is the attitude we have towards Franco-phone neighbours that makes them hate Nigeria and Nigerians. Cote d' Ivoire became a republic before Nigeria. Diplomatic engagement is not determined by size...
It's is hinged on mutual benefit and bi-lateral relationship. It is easier for Nigeria to engage China, UK, India and the EU than for us to engage Burundi. Nigeria has repatriation and prisoner swap agreements with several countries outside West Africa and Africa.
The most difficult countries to engage are those who don't care about you. We keep looking at these African countries as if we are a giant that we can bully and that's why they act difficult always. What can you do to Cote d'ivoire? Which bilateral relationship exists between us?
