Solid month of growth. Really excited about 2019 π
I wrote a blog post about some of the features I will be adding next year. I'm hoping to do a 1.0 launch of the assistant in 4-6 months - with a proper Product Hunt launch (I've never done one!). closet.tools/first-year
My SEO stats have stagnated. They're still good, but it has only brought in linear growth. 2019 is about content. Not only for SEO, but for lead-magnets and funnels.
I want to be laser focused on Closet Tools for 2019. I don't have any other side projects planned. I have a few hours every day to get stuff done. It's time to build.
I've studied funnels and other growth techniques and I want to apply them to this project. Now that I have my branding and messaging down, it's time to amplify. Until now I haven't really done any marketing other than a reddit post.

After three years of being an Indiehacker (solo founder), a husband, and a father of 3 young kids, I finally have dialed in on a routine that works consistently for the whole family.
I find it highly productive. It reduces a lot of friction (mainly around communication).

Every couple of months my wife and I would try something different with our schedules.
They were generally centered around when I got work done, and when she got work done.
When you've got 3 young kids (5, 3, and 1), you have to schedule work or it won't happen.
Here's the schedule:
(AM)
5: Wake, Most Important Task
7/8: Kids wake, I make breakfast. Wife works.
10: I get ready for the day, start work.
(PM)
3: Off work. Check in / clean.
4/5: Make/eat dinner.
8: Bed time for older kids.
10: Bed.
