Up until this month it was increasing ~$300/month. Last month it increased $1170 🤯
The majority of this increase was due to shipping some critical features, publishing an official Chrome Web Store version of the app, and an SEO boost. That, and I have built up an 800+ email list of people who have tried the app. Email marketing works, folks!
I took a bit of a break from Twitter for February. I didn't like my relationship with it. I was consuming a lot - and all I was posting was about my successes. I don't like that. I want to actually contribute something valuable to people. Not just show off how much money I make.
I made an open stats page on my blog. You can check it out here: jmo.fyi/open/
Speaking of my blog, I wrote two posts this month that I think defines me as an #Indiehacker. First, I wrote about making a product that sells itself. You can check that out here: jmo.fyi/product-that-s…
Second, I talked about writing. Specifically about writing that generates traffic and how I have seen that be a model for success in online ventures over and over again. Check it out here: jmo.fyi/writing-for-tr…
So, yeah. This post is another post about my success. I still don't like that being the only content I put out. I have to find another way to use Twitter or just stop all together.
I hope at least that the success I've had inspires some people to make a product or get shipping some code. I know a year ago I never would have thought I would be where I am now. It's been a crazy journey.

I used Claude 3.5 Sonnet to write a watercolor style thumbnail prompt to be used with FLUX.1 Pro to update and replace my blog post open graph (social sharing) images and the results are incredible seeing as how it took like 3 seconds and $0.02 per image
A list of some other styles Claude recommended:
Could absolutely be used for YouTube thumbnails (for us busy people who don't have a lot of time to be creating thumbnails)
