Ok - any university lecturers out there? I need your help and input. How do you feel about having your lectures recorded? Do you have misgivings? Do you understand the benefits? Responses and RTs very welcome.
You're most welcome to DM me if you prefer, or email at tomstarkeyteaching@gmail.com. I'm asking because I'm trying to gather a wider view as to this practice in regards to #accessibility and #AssistiveTech. Many, many thanks in advance.

Stopped a couple of park scrotes picking on a kid the other day. After telling them to jog on one of them actually shouted 'I'm getting me dad, then you'll be sorry.'

I swear I live in the north as written by some London media twonk.
I should of said: 'Bring him! We can both be sorry about the state of his kids together!

That would've been good that.
Instead I just told him to f**ck off.

Didn't really gel with the Hovis eee by gum aesthetic the writer was going for there, still.

Are non-teachers spending less time threatening teachers on here or am I just blocked by all the right people?
It used to be absolutely endemic. Malicious accusations, threats to contact employers, vindictive pile ons etc etc. Where have they all gone?

Did they get caught out at sunrise?
It's always something that's flabbergasted me - the way that those who don't work in schools felt it was absolutely fine to try and sling as much mud as they could at those that do.

Here are some quick tips for those about to start in the teaching profession.

Yeah, I know no one asked. I don't care. HERE WE GO!
1. Get a good, sturdy bag with ample room and lots of pockets. I used military-style backpacks and they were ace.
2. Save time in the mornings by replacing any shoes that have laces with elasticated ones.

It also makes them easier to slip-on/off if you have a few minutes to. Be kind to your feet.

Watching Mission Impossible: Fallout.

It's weirdly boring.
Even the finale is boring. And they've been doing finale things for 40 minutes now.
This is making me long for 2.
