Ford Govt has been saying "8,400 receiving services" from the get go, and there was no new entries. So please explain how there are now 10,365.

There could be? Likely the govt doesn't have quality data to confirm this.

@ToddSmithPC This article also refers to "recommendations on a needs-based funding model". Not sure if those were @ToddSmithPC words or @l_stone paraphrasing. We're eager to learn if the wasteful Childhood Budgets will be dropped along with #ClearTheWaitlist
