We have transcripts - highlights of today's hearing in US v. Rafiekian (Flynn Intel Group/FARA case)
Start with the big reveal: the Gov't has been sitting on (hiding) evidence on Turkey/Flynn/Another Defendant.
Defendants haven't seen this evidence - wonder where DOJ got it..
Just a hunch, but...
Here the Judge appears to be leaning to rejecting the basis (to admit evidence) of the Gov't attempt to label Flynn a co-conspirator - absent additional evidence.
The Judge comments on Flynn:
"Flynn has not disavowed what is in the statement of facts. He has, through his lawyers, indicated that there is context that needs to be considered with what he said."
I'll also note -- despite Rafiekian's attorney alleging there's this secret evidence of a conspiracy -- the judge isn't buying it.
Looks like they're overstating just what the gov't has.
