Ok, @ScotTories : Drug policy that would deal with this issue is a reserved matter which means the SNP aren’t able to introduce the policies needed to tackle the issue. Only WM is able to do something about it but WM are CHOOSING not to. Here’s proof...
In May of this year @RossThomson_MP visited @SandyHillCHC in Canada which operate two centres that deal with drug issues that you mentioned in your tweet. Ross saw first hand how effective Drug Consumption Rooms are and it was explained to him by the people who run the center.
Upon his return to the U.K. Ross made the following tweet.
So, do tell me, 1) Why do the Conservatives refuse to implement policies that they know will tackle the problem? 2) Why do the Conservatives point the finger of blame at another political party who have not been handed the power to implement the required policy?
3) Why do you post such gutter level Tweets?
You either know that drug policy is a reserved matter which makes your approach on social media dishonest

You genuinely don’t realise this which makes you inept.
In Scotland there’s a political party called the SNP. They are a Scottish political party based in Scotland.
They have, for a long time, made it clear they feel Scotland would be better off independent from the U.K.
In recent times they have campaigned on the issue of independence and made it clear that a vote for them is a vote for Scottish Independence. At the #GE19 they win 80% of the seats in Scotland.
Other parties in Scotland campaigned against independence and said a vote for them would be a vote for the Union. Those parties lost many of their seats. From the result of that election it’s clear there is a strong appetite for Independence.
Thread: I'm sick and tired of this Unionistic and right wing led delusion that Scotland wanting independence is racist, or even based upon race. No, in fact, I'm f*cking livid that the race card is pulled out when Scottish Independence is raised. And here's why...
I was born in England and lived there for the first 33 years of my life. That would label me as English, right? For those who love the labelling of things, my place of birth makes me English. In 2007 I moved from England to Scotland to be with my partner who was born in Scotland.
At the time she was pregnant with our first child. Since that time we have gone on to have two more children. So my partner and children are Scottish. I'm English. I moved here without any issue. Without any fear of racism. Yes, at the start I was aware that every time
