CLARITY FOR THE MODERN LEADER

The greatest deficiency of any CEO is also the most critical of skills:

Clarity.
Clarity that is brought about through meditation, mindfulness, or any prescriptive or behavioral modality is short-lived

Such a person will "have it" one day

And "lose it" the next.
The CEO who seeks to live in a persistent state of Clarity will be the one who learns the source from which it arises

He will learn that that which arrives through prescriptive means can never be owned

For the thing upon which it rests is cosmetic.
If the first floor of a building is constructed with wet sand, the skyscraper will surely fall

A structure that is built upon something that is transient, will be transient

A structure that is built upon something that is permanent, will be permanent.
In order to attain Clarity,

One must be open to learning the things that destroy it

One must be sincere enough to unlearn the lies he has been told

One must be willing to learn to distinguish between a source that is transient, and one that is permanent.
The Truth is that only a small handful of humans in the entire world ever arrive at permanent Clarity

The reason for this is that there are only a small handful of humans in the entire world who value Truth more than they value the words of society.
Clarity is not a luxury

It is not "spiritual"

It is of the utmost necessity,

If one seeks to make the sorts of decisions that do not create problems downstream.
Clarity is the birthright of every human being

Confusion is the result of society having led him astray.
A man who is Clear, instantly knows.

Without following a script, a construct, or forcing an outcome.

The mouth speaks what needs to be spoken

The brain thinks what needs to be thought

The limbs do what needs to be done,

As he sits back and watches the magic unfold

PROBLEMS OF THE BUSINESS LEADER

As can be gleaned from my recent Q and A for business leaders,

Business leaders succumb to all manner of problems.

They have been conditioned by experts to believe that these problems are "business-related."
Thus, they higher experts, business coaches, and advising teams to solve their "business-related problems."

The business leader who hires such experts, coaches, and teams has bought into various notions

Even before he hires such people.
Notions he does not even recognize that he has bought into.

And even upon hearing this, he still does not get the point.

Because for all of his life he has been conditioned by the "expert culture" to think a certain way.

HAPPY STORM

A recent interview between @andrewrsorkin and @elonmusk was brought to my attention.
There is much to say about this interview. And I may (or may not) write more about it later.

This interview is a shining illustration of human conditioning, interpersonal human dynamics and so many other things.
One of the prime examples of human conditioning and mass brainwashing relates to the notion of "happiness."

The spiritual, self-help, philosophical, and new age movements have for centuries encouraged, propagated, and championed the notion of "happiness."

WEALTH, SUCCESS, AND THE PURSUIT

Is there a benefit to being Wealthy and Successful.

There is a massive benefit.

The benefits are, in fact, innumerable.

However . . .
Those benefits exist purely upon a material plane.

The benefits, thus,

Are all Material benefits.
Is this important.

Nothing is important unless the human believes it is important.

And because humans value things beyond materialism

It can, then, be said to be important.
