The questions started with this article at the Guardian which was - unfortunately - rather faulty and got quite a few of the basics wrong.
For example: @LOTRonPrime is NOT "multi-series adaptation of The Lord of the Rings (...)" ;)

@LOTRonPrime @GermanTolkSoc I had an advance knowledge of the questions but only about an hour to get my head around the original wrong assumption that "they can't use anything" - which is, if I know anything about a company with a large A in the beginning, absolutely absurd.
