That is him too, he was detained and executed by Ahrar Alsharqiya. I have some unconfirmed information, I can’t verify yet that his name is Delo and he is an employee of the health department. Clearly he is not wearing a combat outfit. Hey @RedCross FYI.

Update: the name of the driver who was also executed is Farhad, this is his picture and his cousin announced the news. His cousin was my high school friend.
