Many dems have fallen for the #opioidcrisis. I know why you would. Unfortunately, few know the real facts & statistics. I know they want you to believe prescription pain pills caused pp to turn to heroin but the facts & stats do not support that. Addiction rates have not gone up.
In fact, they have stayed the same from 2007-2017 re: NIH. I want to speak about this to fellow #resisters b/c I see so many falling for the lies of the CDC & politicians, w/grave & dangerous harm & even death to Americans as a result of this perpetuated ongoing lie & propaganda.
First, they speak of opioids as one collective pot & all the same when there are innumerable differences in what pp are actually ODing on. Heroin is spoke & declared as an equal to vicodin or percocet. Illegal China tainted fentanyl is also declared an equal to a pain pill opioid
That is obviously illogical & extremely dangerous to conclude them as equals. The media & gov. doesn't care about distinction. Why? B/c the CDC has labeled all opioids as one class & thus the media recklessly & irresponsibly throws the term 'opioids' around w/out care or merit.
The distinction is needed b/c to say opioids are killing pp is a blantant LIE. Heroin & illegal tainted fentanyl from China is what lead the nation's OD deaths from 2017-2019. Further irresponsible is the fact we are listening to & rely on the CDC for anything. Many would be...
shocked to know, the CDC has NO, NONE, ZILCH CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY in the US! Literally NONE! ONLY the FDA has Constitutional LAWFUL authority on drug prescribing, yet our gov. & politicians & media rely SOLEY on the CDC's words, recommendations & stats! Think how dangerous...
& scary that really is! Our gov is relying on & dictating to Drs how to prescribe you meds WITHOUT ANY constitutional or LAWFUL AUTHORITY to do so! Let that sink in. The CDC has as much control over our gov. as the NRA does! The CDC has infiltrated your doctor's visit o/v the FDA
The FDA has no restrictions on prescribing & that's the way it should be, leaving it to real physician's w/a MD to treat & use discretion when prescribing; but the CDC has so much influence & power now in & over our gov. they have pushed their dangerous agenda on Drs & patients!
The CDC is threatening Drs to follow their UNconstitutional guidelines on prescribing you meds, when the FDA is the ONLY authority to do so in US! Why should you care? The same reason you care that the NRA has done the same thing. These two organizations are terrorists in our gov
When you hear the CDC this, the CDC that, you should know & realize they have an agenda & it's not for your best interest or good. The drs. running the CDC have interest in replacement addiction treatment meds, making them millions of dollars pushing the #opioidepidemic lie.
Do you want the CDC to tell your Dr. what you can have, when & how much? B/c that's what they are doing & doing so w/out ANY lawful or Constitutional authority to do so! That should frighten & terrify us all. NONE of us escape's sickness or disease, so this can & will affect you!
B/c of this language, recommendations from the CDC & gov & media latching onto the LIE that is the #opioidcrisis, real patients w/out addiction are affected & dying. Non-addicts now face EXTREME measures, policies, contracts, stigma just to receive treatment for their disease.
Your granny & veteran father who served his country honorably now have to pee in a cup like they committed a crime or on parole. Children facing cancer & those w/incurable disease that causes intractable relentless pain now all fight daily just to receive treatment & relief.
They are banning regular prescription opioid pain relief & forbidding anyone to be prescribed them & taking them away from non-addicts & pp who truly need them due to injury, illness, cancer & incurable illness. Pain IS real. It is cruel & inhumane to not treat it & immoral to do
just b/c someone else is an addict. Make no mistake this will affect you or someone you love if it isn't now. Your son suffers a leg break at football practice, your husband is in a terrible car accident or you are diagnosed w/cancer. Are you willing to endure agonizing pain?
Veteran's & those suffering w/severe pain abandoned by Drs who fear they will lose their license if they prescribe pain pills anymore are committing suicide b/c they cannot endure the pain 24/7. Please do not puppet the #opioidcrisis, real pp are being affected by it & the lies.
The only pp the gov & CDC is helping are themselves make more money off addicts, while killing non-addicts & making pple w/grave disease & illness suffer in ways you cannot begin to imagine. No tweets could surmise the absolute hell we are being subjected to & living in bc of it.
Taking away & restricting pain meds from non-addicts will NEVER cure addicts. Making people w/disease who already have enough life hardships from their illness suffer more by restricting their ability to obtain their necessary meds to live w/quality of life does NOT help addicts.
So I beg you please STOP parroting the #opioidcrisis. Stop listening to media outlets speak of opioids as one collective bad boogie man that is killing pp. Don't believe anything the CDC says, unless you want to start believing the NRA too. They both have interest in lying to you
Listen to the NIH & Drs who actually work in pain management & who are NOT being paid to claim opioids are all bad & addicting, so they can make millions on the factory farming of addicts on to... OTHER OPIOIDS! They are not curing addicts, just farming them onto other opioids.
So it's fine if you care about addiction, but do not give the gov or media more power to kill the rest of us who are sick & live w/daily pain & hardships from our own disease we didn't ask for or give ourselves. All we ask is to be treated humanely & taking our medications away
without merit or reason just b/c someone else is a heroin addict, is truly the epitome of insanity & ignorance. PLEASE do not support it & speak out against it. It could & will be you one day who suffers & you will be left & abandoned by your fellow man, country & physicians.
