Just think if the United Kingdom had given into fear and not had hope after World War II, and voted in a Tory government opposed to the NHS, how things might have been much worse for ordinary people.

We would literally be a US clone, where life changing treatments and operations are withheld because of your financial status. People dehumanised as society has decided that their life is worth nothing more than their bank balance.

I cannot think of a single positive thing Tory governments have done for the United Kingdom, apart from same sex marriage bill.. They have been in office far more years than Labour post WWII, and for every year in office they have borrowed more and paid back debts less than…

…power, and in a symbiosis with the print media, use it to brainwash with no benefit to society.. and like an organism overrun by parasites, the UK is in danger of finally succumbing.

Although Brexit will be recorded as the final cause of death, it is only the final blow after years and years of negativity and misinformation, helped by the Tory supporting right wing press, that have slowly eaten away at the soul of the nation.

But it is not too late.…

But I am not a bleary eyed Corbyn fanatic, I recognise he may not succeed in all he wants to achieve and he may not turn out to be the leader we all hope that he is... but please everyone do a sensible cost-benefit analysis, an imperfect quiet…

…unassuming Corbyn (BTW Clement Attlee was of a similar disposition) - with an economic policy, not only backed by a large number of macroeconomists ( ft.com/content/d6f568… ), but with spending about average for other European countries - vs a proto tin-pot dictator demagogue.

On the other hand, equally he may exceed all our expectations and be a stepping stone for a new sort of politics, just when we need it most to tackle the greatest existential threat to modern human civilisation - climate change.

Just think what a boost a Corbyn win will be for those advocating a New Green Deal in the US election next year - a tipping point in global politics of climate change to avoid a catastrophic tipping point in the Earth's ecosystem.

What is clear the UK cannot afford a Johnson majority, and the planet cannot afford a Johnson-Trump Anglo-American extreme free market right wing nexus.
