This is why. “Secularism” protects the expansion of predatory religions but limits the options of those who resist them. The Police State acts to limit the freedom of native traditions to protect themselves. Indian minorityist “secularism” is even worse.

Why is this? “Secularism” itself is a variant of Christianity. It is one way in which Christianity expands. It takes the entire structure of Christianity—the separate domain of “God” and “Caesar (State)”—and universalizes it.
Within Indian Muslims and Christians there are plural strains influenced by Indic ethos and there are fundamentalist intolerant strains.
