@ByronYork The DOJ/Yates was not concerned about Flynn’s call.
They were concerned about having an ongoing counter intelligence investigation of the incoming National Security Adviser.
Thus, they had to remove Flynn.
The leak set things into motion.

@ByronYork Working w/ Yates was Tashina Gauhar - whom the DOJ has protected from being questioned by Congress.
Tashina handled the NSD (FISA) portfolio for Yates.
