What’s happening to oil has little to do with #coronavirus.

Russia and Saudi Arabia are trying to destroy each other, and hurting America in the process. And they are both happy with that.

Neither country is our ally or friend.
Another hedge on this oil price war would be Venezuela which has the world’s largest oil reserves. But they’ve stopped being a player years ago. #SocialismKills
The Saudi will produce up to 12 million barrels a day to drive the price down to ~$20. Unprofitable. But being state-run industry the Kingdom will offset losses with liquidity.

Russo has none. America does, but imagine the politics of a bailout.

The question is not “is climate change real?” It is.

The question is “are humans causing it?” And here’s where we go down some deductive paths. Want to travel with me on a 🧵?

If you answer “yes” then the next question is “can humans stop / reverse it?” Again “yes” then “how?”
“Renewables.”

Wrong. Wind, solar, EVs, batteries use more fossil fuels and have higher emissions than direct FFs. Not to mention slave labor and communist china.

Is that all you got? Seriously? Higher taxes and big government?

“How much suffering do we inflict on humanity?”
We’ve seen 2.5 years of this agenda in America. How’s life? I’ve addressed this in previous tweets.

Is there another way humans can stop / reverse it?

Many call for culling the population. Ok. Who? Africa? SE Asia? South America? Which population should cease existing?

Why the climate cult is full of frauds. A 🧵:

Let’s accept 100% prima facie all the data and “experts”. Sea level rise. Global temps. CO2 levels. All of it. No debate. I buy all your science…

Your “solutions” don’t address the stated problem at all. Let’s look:
Think of our “gluten intolerant” friend. To stop gluten intake I no longer eat bread. I eat bagels.

Logical?

The greens wants to end fossil fuels, but we use more fossil fuels to make renewables to make electricity than if we burnt those fossil fuels directly. What’s the win?
We’re not using FEWER fossil fuels going green. We’re using fossil fuels DIFFERENTLY. Worldwide oil, gas, coal consumption is up year over year, not down.

So why is “going green” the hill to die on? It’s illogical.

Even more so… renewables are made from fossil fuels. Huh.

The @SenSanders @RepJayapal “free college for everyone” bill was not introduced last Congress when democrats controlled both houses.

They did it now so it WONT pass the House and dems get to campaign against evil Republicans.

Congress is full of petty children playing games.
What about high utility bills and soaring food prices? Your ER has an hour wait with 150 illegals ahead of you. Crime. Fentanyl. All ignored.

Congress is too busy drafting faux legislation to score political wins for their campaigns. Your needs are only in their way.
Senator @SenBlumenthal who lied about combat in Vietnam wants “comprehensive immigration reform”. This is legislation he could have introduced in the last Congress when he had the numbers but did not.

Now he gets to talk about “racist republicans” using illegals as pawns.

Virginia liberal democrats @RepSpanberger @JenniferWexton voted to ban gas stoves.

Yes, rural #Virginia. They think they should determine what type of stove you can have in your home.

“I put country ahead of party” they lied in their ads. Shameful.

Virginia deserves better
It’s very windy in Shenandoah today. The power has been out most of the day. But I have a propane generator and therefore electricity, internet, etc.

Will you ban that next for your green agenda?

Such liars. Both of you. I will give bigly to your 2024 opponents.
Between insipid @timkaine and @MarkWarner and the useless @JenniferWexton and @RepSpanberger my area of rural Virginia has zero voice in Congress.

These four DC suburb elites have no idea what is happening here.

#virginia deserves so much better.

Missing from the article are anyway real energy numbers.

Mammoth claims it will produce 1.5GW electricity after $1.5billion “investment” grabbing 13,000 acres for solar panels made in chinese slave camps. That’s enough to power 275,000 homes. Let’s go:

amp.theguardian.com/environment/20…
Lafayette averages 187 sunny days a year. It averages 20 inches of snow.

So right off the bat, the truth about green capacity truth is exposed. This field will never- never- produce more than 50% of its promised capacity. Here’s more:
bestplaces.net/climate/city/i…
13,000 acres (Manhattan is 15,000 acres) to produce 500MW of electricity. How many acres is needed for metro Indianapolis a population of 1.8 million?

How much more farm land needs to be confiscated until it works? Both Incalculable and impossible.

Here’s more:

There are things a Governor is responsible for: cleans & safe streets and energy.

In what world does @GavinNewsom even show his face for re-election?

CA’s race is not about “social justice” or “equity” but about Newsom’s government failing the people at the most basic level.
Know a really hot state that hasn’t issued a “don’t use electricity today” warnings to its constituents?

Florida.

Rather than be so bizarrely obsessed with @RonDeSantisFL maybe @GavinNewsom could actually learn something from him.
In the immoral worlds of Ronald Reagan, for the love of God California, are you better off than you were four years ago?

The answer objectively is “no”.

Except for the roughly 400,000 of you who moved to Texas and Florida.
