Did you know she nearly got sued for defamation, and physically ran away from the guy who claimed she defamed him?

The case dates back to Nov. 3, 2022, when the Democratic Party of Virginia published a press release attacking @yestoyesli for spending time with Thomas Speciale, a retired Army intel officer and former U.S. Senate candidate.

As you can see here on this archived version, the press release claimed Speciale "attacked the US Capitol" on Jan. 6 and suggested he "bloodied and beat law enforcement officers."

Speciale contests both claims, and says this press release defamed him.

🚨REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY

It's not enough for the Southern Poverty Law Center to condemn the assassination of Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk.

If the SPLC wants to prove it opposes political violence, there is one thing it must do.

A few months before the assassination, the SPLC added Turning Point USA to its "hate map," alongside chapters of the Ku Klux Klan.

The SPLC says this map shows the "infrastructure upholding white supremacy" in America.

Kirk's assassination didn't represent the first incident of political violence against an SPLC target.

In 2012, a terrorist targeted @FRCdc for a mass shooting, using the map.

The SPLC condemned the attack, but it has kept FRC on the map ever since.
