The following photos indicate Dept of Energy and Q all the way back to 1991.

The Netflix Martin and Martin show is also encoded with Q and other pertinent things.

It's important to know that Steve Martin uses Egyptian symbolism throughout his career.
His famous "King Tut" is obvious but it actually permeates (I hope that's an accurate word to use) his work.

Now I'll share my screenshots with explanations.

The first thing is the Hot Dog in the sky.
It represents the summer passing of the Dog Star, Sirius during the Hot or Haute(meaning "high" summer months.
Tom Hanks and others use this movie and a few others as anchors.

Another shot of the Hot/Haute Dog and I think @CodesUcq will appreciate this "information/Tiffany blue/ lined up" scene.

The movie is absolutely filled with symbolism throughout.

The "flip flops" are a Saturnalia code as the following frame indicates the concept of the "Yule log" and "Trading Places" which was a significant part of the Saturnalia festivities. Masters and slaves traded roles.

Now things start to get Q level cool;)

The "Forristal" should perk some folks up is they know about DOE James V. Forrestal building. Notice the double r. ↑↑like Run For rest Gump.

(This "Marshall" law homophonic mistake is like Shrek, Swamp all;)

One would expect "Valet" so ET is missing but replaced by a Possessive 's.

The cars in this movie represent buildings, species and in this case, a Necropolis

The 1946 GMC wrecker represents the Atomic Energy Commission which came before the DOE.

The limousine represents the James V. Forrestal Building which is lifted 35' in the air (according to Wikipedia).
35 days to the height of Sirius around July 4th is not a coincidence.

Notice the windows match the spaces at the end of the building.

The short frames are not just filler. They are code as well.

Following the "flip flop" code and the concept of reversed roles, the 3 sprinklers do two things.
1. They follow the "water=information" that @CodesUcq has shared. The guy in the limo on the phone.

2. They are an inversion of the Pyramids. Pyre=fire.

This next scene symbolizes the Big Dipper at Equinoxes and Solstices.

The fourth character creates various potential meanings with its intentional vagueness.
It's not a capital I, or a 1 or an L. (see the video to compare to the subsequent vanity plate)

The 444 is obviously Delta Delta Delta (see Saturday Night Live) ∆∆∆

2T can be the TT or tt that is a symbol for Saturn and the Thule Society.

144 444 gives us the number for the biblical "elect or remnant" the "K" for 1000 is missing because H and K are used to symbolize Orion/Osiris. Should be 144,000 or 144K(shorthand)
