The video starts half-sentence so it is hard to say whether he is saying "Russia spread virus to us" or "Russian didn't spread virus to us." Then he goes on saying (in a very colloquial, uneducated Russian) that "Russia's got fire there"...
@peterjukes @RealBristolNews @LukeHarding @bellingcat @KirkseniyaSF ..."they say it on mass media" and "what are you afraid of here, with our attitude and control" and then it all stops. I guess you need to see the whole speech (although he is as eloquent as Trump so good luck figuring out wth he's saying :D ...)
