THREAD: Israeli settlers and soldiers killed a Palestinian American teenager on Friday in the Palestinian West Bank.

Once again, the Biden admin has failed to demand accountability from Israel for killing a US citizen. Instead, it funds, arms, and emboldens Israel's war crimes.
Tawfiq Ajaj, 17, was raised near New Orleans but moved to the Palestinian West Bank last year.

On Friday, he was chased and shot at by an Israeli settler and off-duty soldier.

Tawfiq is the 358th Palestinian, and 93rd child, killed by Israel in the West Bank since October 7.
Palestinian children are often attacked by Israeli settlers and soldiers together.

Under Israel’s apartheid system, Israeli settlers and soldiers work together to inflict violence against Palestinians. “One aids and abets the other,” a @DCIPalestine spokesperson said.

BREAKING: Tariq Habash, a senior official in the US Department of Education, has announced his resignation, citing the Biden administration’s ongoing complicity in Israel’s war crimes.
“I cannot stay silent as this administration turns a blind eye to the atrocities committed against innocent Palestinian lives, in what leading human rights experts have called a genocidal campaign by the Israeli government,” he wrote, according to NBC News.
His resignation follows an anonymous letter from over 400 Biden admin officials calling for a ceasefire and the resignation of Josh Paul, a former senior state department official.
