PANCAKES.

If there's something that I really love, it's pancakes.
Freshly made, soft, fluffy pancakes.
Late breakfast.

Skill level - Easy

2 Cups of all purpose flour (Not self raising)

1 ½ Cups milk

1 tbsp Vanilla essence

2 eggs in room temperature (Kama ziko kwa fridge toa mapema)

½ cup sugar

2 tbsp baking powder

2 tbsp Canola cooking oil

Directions:
First mix all your wet ingredients:
Crack eggs in a bowl, @BlueBandKenya canola oil, essence and milk then stir until well combined

Mix your dry ingredients.
Flour, baking powder, sugar.
Pour in your wet ingredients and mix.
Canola gives it a nice earthy flavor
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly until well combined and into a smooth paste.
You don't want pancakes with lumps.
Spoon one ladle of the batter on a medium hot pan and let it cook for about 3 minutes.

Flip and let it cook on the other side.

Serve warm with chopped fruits and your favorite drizzled syrup, or with icing sugar.
