On The Virtue of the Night of the 15th of Shaban - i.e. Tomorrow Night

A thread discussing it in summary (1)
It's a virtuous night acc to a large number of scholars, & Hanbali scholars discussed it as well that it has virtue.

But none specified a specific act like "Shabbe Barat 1000 rakah prayers"

This is wrong
Among the hadith narrated is

“Allah looks to His creation as on the middle night of Shaban and He forgives all of His creation, except for the one who ascribes partners with Allah and the one who harbors enmity for another.”

Ibn Hibban 5636, Ibn Majah 1390, AlTabarani 20/107
Although the hadith is disputed among scholars of hadith, some said it is acceptable and here are two articles discussing the hadith

Our teacher Sh @Al3uny who does not view that the night is for specific types of worship. If the night has virtue it shouldn't be specified w acts.

"Specifying it with gatherings with salawat & specific acts of worship, the majority of scholars agreed that it's innovation."
Sh @Al3uny continues

"As for Imam AlShafii, he recommended 'enlivening this night' AlUmm 1/23
(Ihya Al Laylah - refers to giving the night life by doing acts of worship to the Almighty),

but there is no mention tha he said w gatherings, or AlShafiis evidence."
Ibn Rajab AlHanbali in Lataif AlMarif extensively discusses it and then summarizes it nicely by saying

"It's befitting a believer to free themselves up and give time for this night for remembrance of Allah the Most High, praying to Him for forgiveness of sins, ...
... covering faults, & granting relief from afflictions. A person should precede all of that with sincere repentance (& turning back to God; tawbah), as Allah grants repentance in this night for the one that seeks repentance."
Sh @Al3uny & Ibn Rajab go on to mention that the best act of worship one can have, as mentioned in the hadith:

not harboring enmity, rancor, hatred for others. To have a tranquil & free conscious, to have a free "peaceful at heart" - سلامة الصدر
Ibn Rajab says

"And the best of deeds is having salamat alsadr (peaceful heart, tranquil conscience, free of grudges), from all types of shahna (rancor, hatred, enmity toward others)."
In summary,
it wouldn't make any sense that someone disagrees with another on the night having virtue or not & doing acts of worship - which is a recommended act, while they argue & fight & neglect an obligation - to uphold a believers rights of love, prayer, & genuine care.
Dont make the Night of the 15th of Shaban another "M of Confusion" people fight over as if the entire faith of Islam is based on it:

Mawlid
Moonsighting
Meat
Madhabs
M & M's
Marriage
Mortgage
... Middle of Shaban
