Madhab sloganeering is about as ridiculous as any of the M's of confusion people make entire faith about.

It's can be disingenuous call to the nafs & riya - showing off
How?

Calling to your madhab as "best" as if saying... look at me, I just started studying a madhab be like me

Madhab sloganeering & claiming yours trumps others or rag on a madhab & create meme's is about the best childish display of lack of adab & against what knowledge & these Imams taught:

Humility
Discreteness
Respect & Honor

Benefitting from every madhab is absolutely the point of studying fiqh.

Having your own madhab & appreciating the depth of others, showing reverance & knowing the good they have that allows you to benefit from all of the 4 imams.

Tarbiyah or discipline in fiqh is rare.

The reality is some so called teachers teach this kind of sloganeering "our madhab is the best" & lame jokes & shots against other madhahib.

Don't learn this behavior. Filter it out ignore it or leave them & find better teachers.

I dont ever teach "why the Hanbali madhab is the best" because my teachers taught us to not act like children but rather speak about "the virtues & characteristics of the Hanbali madhab" & then speak about the virtues of the other 3 madhahib as well.

The beauty of madhahib is that all 4 madhahib nearly share scholars that have views of the other 4 anyway!

Imam Ahmad & Imam Malik have multiple opinions on issues reaching 5 or more!

Shafii Madhab has maximum 12 different views on one issue!

Hanafi encompasses equal diversity

Be like Imam Ahmad in his prayer at night & relationship w his wife

Imam Malik in his love for Madinah & Sunnah.

Imam AlShafii in his understanding context & case based scenario.

Imam Abu Hanifah in standing for justice, winning hearts, & love of Ahl AlBayt.

Be like Imam Ahmad in sending salam on the Prophet عليه السلام to the extent he used to see him in his dreams daily

Imam Malik in his reverance that he used to walk barefoot on occasion in Madinah but owned 200 shoes & wore special clothes to recite the Prophets hadith

Imam AlShafii who was seen by his student AlMuzani in his dream that he earned the highest of paradise because of his prayers on the Prophet!

Be like AlShafii in your prayer who said dont move for no reason for more than 3 times.

Imam Abu Hanifah who would have the humility and would let his students discuss in front of him & debate an issue as his teaching method & style.

Who bailed his drunk neighbor out of jail & checked on him.

Who taught us reverance for hadith
